I love ethos dispensary. Friendly staff. Never a line and when there is they move very quick as to make sure you are not out in the elements. Great choice of products.

Best dispensary in the area with some of the best people I’ve ever met. I personally have a hard time picking a favorite, but I love, love, love Paige & Loki. Not only is Loki adorable, but Paige is extremely knowledgeable and a heck of a nice person!

Ethos is the only place I shop at in Northeast PA. The folks who work there are kind, understand my needs and are a wealth of knowledge. The atmosphere is light, even if they are crazy busy. The line always moves quickly. Their selection is reasonably priced, which is a miracle in this area. I love ethos!

Austin helped me out, gave me 2$ because I was short that on an order... awesome dude, awesome staff really appreciate the service!

Saturday was my first time here and I must say from the moment I walked in I felt like I was apart of the family. Sam was in charge of taking care of me and the knowledge she had was incredible. I was having a hard time sleeping/real bad body aches was recommended some things and even lotion (which I never knew about) and I feel alot better. I can now take my dog on long walks and clean the kitchen all in the same day lol and then at night I'm asleep within minutes from the products I had bought. I will never go anywhere else !!! My name is Jeff. I frequent Ethos in Wilkes-Barre with my dog River several times a week. I personally suffer from both physical and mental health conditions that make daily life really difficult. While the entire staff is absolutely wonderful, I would like to personally thank Kyle for going above and beyond her role at Ethos. Kyle has helped me through the hardest of times with her advice and compassion. I am so incredibly greatful for meeting this lovely person and for her help. I'm sorry, but this women has changed my life and provided hope where all was lost. Thank you Kyle, and all the staff at Ethos for providing myself and River a better life. I have always been helped to the best extent by each employee that’s taken care of me. Including if they didn’t know an answer they would go and get one for me. I have multiple mental health conditions and multiple medications I am on for them. Every staff member I have ever interacted with has gone beyond my expectations to help me and make sure I understand exactly what is happening. I also have a family member with extreme physical pain and they are not a patient however when I inquired and expressed that I was looking for help, they worked with me to give me a lot of information I could give to my family member including hand outs and written notes and explanations. Best employees, very knowledgeable and helpful

I placed an online order for an RSO that was similar to the one i previously purchased as it worked very well but they didnt have the same strain. I went to get my purchase and at the end of the transaction i asked the budtender helping me, her name was Sarah, if i could be added to a call list for the product i previously used as it was very helpful. She asked me the product and it turned out they had it in store it just had not been updated on the online menu yet. She was able to return the purchase i just made and exchange it for the one i really wanted. That made my whole day! Im so glad i spoke up and even more glad Sarah was kind enough to look the product up and process the exchange. Love Ethos and will remain a customer.

This lovely lady sammy D told me to give my feedback about the float cart i tried for the first time. (Hans solo burger x northfire cookies ) & I actually am really enjoying it. I have a very sensitive stomach so im picky with anything I order. The entire staff are really great to me everytime I come!

Best dispensary in the area. The PCA's are great, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Ordering is simple. This spot, thankfully, feels less like a pharmacy and more like an actual dispensary.

The service of all the staff at Ethos is, alone, making it one of my favorite dispensaries in NEPA! They’ve always made an inviting individual experience for each patient. If there is ever a line during high traffic/sale times, it moves very fast due to their order ahead/kiosk system.

I made my first visit to Ethos and I am so glad I did! Let’s begin with how the presentation of the store inside is! 🤩 just WOW! It looks so beautifully polished. When you first walk in, there are familiar faces from elsewhere that make you feel at home if you’ve been to another dispensary in the area, I will say that. That also made my day to see some of the people I dearly missed. That also put my mind at ease because I knew that everyone here at Ethos knew exactly what they were doing and that everyone working here was knowledgeable along with friendly. The discount offered is also the best in the area I have come across. They have online ordering, allow ordering of flower online, real time updates with products. I don’t see one single negative to Ethos whatsoever. I see this being my new go-to dispensary as long as products are in stock!

Hands down the best dispensary in NEPA. Staff is extremely informative, always friendly, eager to help, and go above amd beyond. Quality selection, incredible prices. But again, what makes the difference here is the customer experience. Ethos became my go-to dispensary from my first visit!

They are always professional at ethos Wilkes-Barre. It is the caviar of medical marijuana dispensaries in Pennsylvania.Austin, Dennis & Paige are always helpful; however today Kasi came through for me like a warrior on a white horse. Ethos is doing it right. Their front desk, bud tenders and managers are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They also has a very large selection of products and their accessories. I’m always in and out within 5-10 minutes and they have very accessible parking. Since Ethos opened they’ve been my go-to dispensary!!

This is by far one of the best places to go in the area. The person at front desk, pharmacist & budtenders are Very Knowledgeable , friendly, & professional. I had a very good phone consultation with a pharmacist there.. They answered all my questions as well as helped educate me about alot of things I wasn't aware of about mm. From the time you walk in- until you ring out with a 20% discount (if you qualify) one of the highest in the area. Check them out!
